About

Dr Karmacharya is one of the experienced cardiologists in the field of cardiology & critical care. He has 10 years of experience in the field of invasive (Coronary Angiography, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker Placement, etc) and noninvasive (ECG, Echocardiography, Treadmill Test, Holter Study, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, etc) cardiology and critical care medicine, Preventive & Clinical Cardiology: Hypertension (Essential/Secondary), Heart Failure (Congestive Cardiac Failure, Right Sided Failure, Left Sided Failure), Dyslipidemia, Myocardial Infarction, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Varied Forms of Arrhythmias, Oncocardiology, etc.

He had served 9 years of his career at different renowned institutions in Nepal including Norvic International Hospital, Global Hospital & Education Foundation; the recent would be The Grande International Hospital, where he served nearly 3 years in the department of interventional cardiology and cardiac care unit.

He has done several additional training including Four-Block Medical Transcription Training, Heartland Transcription Center, New Delhi; Diploma in Adult & Pediatric Echocardiography, Institute of Ultrasound Training, New Delhi; PG Diploma in Adult & Pediatric Echocardiography, The Global Open University, Nagaland (recognized by IMA-AMS & JUREI-USA); Certified program in DIABETES CARE evidenced based course designed by Harvard Medical School; Participated in the Educational activity titled Clinical Diabetology Update-2016.

He is an awardee of Best presenter in the thesis defense program (2015), Outstanding Student Award of Class (2012). He has participated in the activity covering the peer-reviewed highlights of the International Diabetes Federation-World Diabetes Congress
