Dr. Sachin Shakya is a cancer specialist on a mission to deliver the highest quality and advanced oncology care in curative and palliative treatment to all his patients. He is working as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in Department of Medical Oncology. He carries an experence of more then 15 years in the field of Medical Oncology. He specialize  in Medical Oncology with a special interest in Breast and Lung cancer. At present he coordinates Department of Medical Oncology and aslo a Coordinator, Sub-committee Outbreak Response Team at NCHRC.

Present Title and Affiliation: Sr. Consultant Medical Oncologist and coordinator Department.

Special Interest: Medical Oncology and Breast and Lung cancers.

Educational Background: MBBS, MD

Experience & Services: 15 yrs in the field of Medical Oncology. House physician Department of Oncology, Om hospital and research center 2002-2007. Registrar, Department of oncology Om hospital and research center and Sarvanga hospital 2012-2015 and Consultant medical oncologist at NCHRC from 2015 till date.

Publications: Abstracts and Presentations more than 50 which was published in various national and international journals.
