More than 75% of cancer patient experience pain at advanced stage of cancer. The experience of pain is influenced by physical ,emotional, psychological , social and spiritual factor .patient with advanced cancer disease have constant pain and require regular analgesia therefore require regular pain assessment and management.
Pain Clinic is supported by physician and palliative care nurse twice a week Monday and Thursday. Detailed history taking and pain assessment is done in pain clinic.
