NCHRC is dedicated towards patient care and their well-being. Cancer patients are different from other patients and needs continuous care and follow-up. We believe in providing care and support not only during their treatment at hospital but also even after their discharge. One of our staff will call our patients after their discharge to know about their current health status. They will be asked questions regarding the patient’s current health status, their experience during stay and feedback if they have any to the hospital.

NCHRC does not charge anything for a week in follow-up visit to doctors. Recently, NCHRC is adopting “Telemedicine Service” where patients can do follow-up remotely with doctors. NCHRC is launching web-based Midas where patient can take appointment in web from any part of the Globe. Patients can do online chat for any queries at any time in our website. If nobody is available, they can leave offline messages or can leave their mobile no.  which would be reverted back by NCHRC staffs afterward. Patients can visit NCHRC official social media pages viz. Facebook, YouTube, twitter, LinkedIn and can get all updates. In our Facebook page, they can do online/offline communications and put their queries at any time.
