We staffs are happy to welcome patients who make visit to the hospital for treatment. We are eager to know the patients demographic details along the treatment history during consultation. After consultation, details of patients are entered in registration form at reception. Once registered, each patient will receive a unique Patient Registration number (PR. No.) in Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). If diagnosed with cancer, he/she will receive a unique Cancer Registration number (CR. no.). These PR & CR no. will contain your medical record details. All the information are recorded in our Medical Record Department (MRD) by maintaining its absolute confidentiality . Each time you visit to the hospital for consultation or for admission, These PR. No. and CR. No. would provide us all required information in HMIS.
